And Now February has gone – a very busy month for me on the bike, close to 4,000kms completed this year and 500ks in the last week – it would be fair to say I’m feeling tired. But the volume work has been accomplished and now it’s the pain and suffering of intensity work before we leave for Italy, which is looming closer. Starting to get excited now.
It has been mostly hot with some wind and rain and a cyclone! We have weathered it nicely, water in the tanks, trees happy and growing.
Dogs and Cats are happy.
Some lovely dinners – home and out with my beloved, we haven’t had too many chances to go and play together on the bikes as Candy is training hard for her marathon and increasingly, I have been riding for longer and longer hours.
Life is good – Play Hard, Work Hard, Rest Hard.
